Kodiak is an attorney-run real estate investment and holding firm dedicated to generating strong profits for our investors.  We are locals who are invested in the rich heritage of the Mountain West and we are dedicated to responsible community and economic development.

Our principles are James Nichols, Matt Wadsworth and Brian Arnold.  Combined they have over 25 years of real estate experience and have been involved in real estate developments ranging from single family home refurbs to multi-million dollar ski resort developments.
